Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Ed Sheeran merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
